When you print out the form results, they include a heading that is not actually in the email, it is subject, date, 4 lines. I want to get rid of that for printing as my client doesn't need it and it makes the printout 2 pages instead of one.
If it is in the code for the notification, I cannot figure out what it is to remove.

I am not sure if that can be done within the program but you could also try Cleanprint which helps you manage what is printed from a browser page. Hope that helps.
