I have been using the trial version of the HTML editor, hoping to buy it. However, I am getting an error message: Unable to execute file: The DDE transaction failed when I try to view it on-line. I would appreciate it if someone can help me.

This forum is mainly a place where users help each other, although some of the CC staff pop in now and then. If you don't get help within reasonable time, I'd suggest that you open a support ticket (link on top of the page) in order to have someone from CC take a look at it.
