Welcome to CC, by the way.
And don't ever not ask a question, on this forum - concerning web work type stuff - other conversations ie: easter eggs, seem to get out of control - so . . . you've been warned. :D

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1, 32 bit OS. My antivirus is Avast. I stopped these services and installed program after this, and rebooted computer before trying to start program. None of this has worked.

I have right clicked on the shortcut and clicked run as administrator, all to the same result.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

To help protect your computer, Data Execution Prevention has closed Visual Site Designer application. Click to learn more.

Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a security feature that can help prevent damage to your computer from viruses and other security threats. Harmful programs can try to attack Windows by attempting to run (also known as execute) code from system memory locations reserved for Windows and other authorized programs. These types of attacks can harm your programs and files.

DEP can help protect your computer by monitoring your programs to make sure that they use system memory safely. If DEP notices a program on your computer using memory incorrectly, it closes the program and notifies you.

So, please suggest what else I might do to correct this issue. Thanks.

Why not just silently remove the spam? Like Leo didn't know he was being a bad boy posting the same spam in many threads.

Hi, I just bought the program.....yeah.......visual designer. I have 26 pages built in the trial version. I just downloaded the registered version. My computer tells me it must uninstall the trial version before I can continue with the registered version. I dont want to loose the 26 pages already built. What do I do?

Installing and Uninstalling software has no impact on any saved projects.
