I figured I'd be able to at least post questions on the Welcome to the Forums subforum since I'm undecided.

I'm evaluating Webflow and CC RSD2 and want to know if I should hold out for RSD3 (coming soon?) before deciding on a tool set. I don't like the idea of Webflow deleting your work if you downgrade plans with no chance of saving sites and their mods over on the forum seem to be heavy handed with existing users but their designer is solid.

RSD2 will have a higher learning curve for me given my lack of web design background but it's not impossible to work through. I also like the idea of perpetual software and having the ability to save my work without threat of deletion.

I realize CC products are focused on developers with a foundational knowledge in web design but I'm hoping RSD3 makes progress in UX so non technical users are able to build responsive sites without a steep learning curve.

UPDATE: CC Support is +10 as all seem s to be working normally again.
