How do I go about assigning second-level pages to a sub folder in RSD?
For example: My index.html is in the root level of the site and to keep things neat, I want to put secondary-level html files in a separate folder called, let's say, SecondaryFolder. I can't figure out how to assign new pages to that folder and have RSD save the pages to that folder when I Export.
