Hello, I am a new user of the product Responsive Email Designer For Business. I am trying to make a responsive email template. The main thing it will have are two sets of five blocks with text in all of them. Currently, the test emails I sent to Outlook 2013 and Gmail are responsive, the text will expand or shrink depending on the size of the browser and client. However, the columns won't stack even if I make the width as narrow as possible. I have read the article "http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/breakpoints-in-responsive-email-designer/" and experimented with the breakpoints and spans but, so far, nothing has worked.
When you say two sets of five blocks of text what do you mean?
Five wide by two tall or one wide by five tall?

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

There will be two columns and three rows for the first set and three columns and two rows for the first set. The blocks of text will start from left to right.
Go to the layout tab and select the type of column you want then set the number of columns you need. Then hit the + button to add it to your page.

I did that and it works fine in the preview mode. However, the stacking doesn't work in Gmail or Outlook 2013. Here's the .red file if you want to take a look.
I noticed that my last post didn't include the .red file and, for some reason, it's not letting me add it. Attached are two .png files that show the desired and actual layout of the columns.
Those look identical to me.

The view has been narrowed for both but, in "Preview", the columns stack on top of each other whereas, in "Email", they are still side by side.
Does this only happen in Outlook?

It happens in both Outlook and Gmail.
