Redirect users to different landing...
Sirs,
I found your Web Form Builder product for Windows, but I'm wondering if it can perform a function I'm trying to impliment. I'd like to be able to create a form for customer reviews where part of the form has a drop down or set of radio buttons that give the customer a choice to select a rating of 1 star up to 5 stars. So here's how I'd like the form to work.
1. Field for user to input first name.
2. Field for user to input last name.
3. A drop down field where the user can select between a star rating of 1 to 5 with 1 as poor and 5 as excellent and the default to be set at 5.
4. A text box field for the user to add a written review.
5. A submit button.
* All fields are mandatory for the submission to work and I can embed this form into a WordPress page and also into an html page.
Desired results:
1. I'd like to make it so that depending on what star rating the user selected I can then choose a particular landing page that they will then be redirected too on my site once they click the submit button based on the star rating they gave. So for example if they gave a 1 – 3 star rating then they are redirected to a landing page that has some text on it saying something along the lines of “we understand that your experience with our place of business was not up to your standards bla, bla, bla”. If they give a 4 or 5 star review then they are sent to a different landing page where I’ll have a completely different message.
2. Regardless of the star rating they choose I’d like an email sent to the user that filled out the form an auto-reply email that includes the review they just wrote along with the star rating they gave the business as well as a default thank you message within tht same email thanking them for taking the time to write a review.
Can your web form perform all of these functions and if not do you know of a product elsewhere that can?
One more unrelated question. I was actually planning on posting this desired action on you web form builder forum http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/web-form-builder/ so I created an account, but once I did I found no way to actually create a post. Not only could I not find a way to start a new post I couldn’t even find a way to reply to any posts on the forums. There are no reply buttons or start a new thread buttons that I could find. How in the world d people start threads or even answer posts within existing threads?
Thanks,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
The Webform builder can't do what you want in the way I think you want it to as far as the star rating redirect. I think there would be a way to handle this request with a little php and mysql setup outside the form builder app.
As far as posting in the forum you can only post as a guest until you actually buy an app and become a registered user.

Hey Eric,
Well that's too bad about the particular feature I'm looking for not being a part of the WebForm Builder, but I do appreciate you're taking the time to answer my questions none the less.
Thanks,
Stephen
