I will be using my webform for telemarketing purposes. On my dialer interface my front end users already see customer name,phone, address,dob, ect. is there anyway to get my web form to pre populate with information displayed on my front end screen without having my agents to have to copy and paste it into the webform manually. I tried using an API string but it seems the web form is not designed to use it. Does anyone have any other suggestions? It would take up to much time for my front end users to have to keep copying and pasting all the info into the webform.
