If i change the slideshow transition time from 6 to 7 seconds, do i always have to update the whole album? It takes about 5 minutes to update the album online, thing is I have about 20 albums that I would like to change and dont really like sitting and waiting 5 minutes per album just to change 1 second transition.

Most of the time the only thing you should need to upload is the .xml file itself unless you added pictures or albums. If you're just editing settings then the .xml file should be all you need to upload and the rest should be fine as is.
