You advertize that I don't need the knowledge of HTML koding to use CC Password Wizard.
And that's the one thing I´m fully qualified in :)

I am trying out the CCPW, but i need some exact way off doing this.
When i have made the project i upload the *.html and the *.swf file to the same folder where the page i want to protect is located.
I embed the script that is generated during the save process into the the code just below <body
I does't work, where do i go wrong.

Kind regards Peter

To Eric Rohloff
A link to my site ?

It's www.rothelund.dk

The site under construction and I want to protect the pages of the family tree with personal information, but I want the people that appear on the tree to be able to see them.

I may have a breakthroug in my understanding of this.
If I have a page #1 and #2.
It's #2 I want to protect
Should I make a page for the CCPW- box to appear on betwen the two pages and
then put in the user and pssw and click on submit to get to page #2.
And of course put in the code to prevent accessing by direct URL on #2

Erik,
I think it's the CoffeeCup Password Wizard that Peter wants help with, regardless of what editor he is using. ;)
Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to his questions, but you will probably be able to figure it out!! :D

Hi Per and Eric

First Per
You nailed it. :D I'm a newbie and you translated my quistions.

Then Eric
I'm trying out your link. It look a lot of what I was looking for.
I will return either with a smile :) (and a purchase of CCPW) or another cry for help.

There is a third options = I give up and pay someone to do it for me :( but that's no fun.

Hi Eric
I tryed out http://progrower.coffeecup.com/login.html and made a site like that - I think.

I can't make it work, I even dowloaded VSD to make it work. My failure proves that I fully qualified to the text in your advertissement - that I don't need the knowledge of HTML coding !

I attached the file list on the site www.rothelund.dk, there you can see the pages is named as in your project.

When i tried to add the files from CCPW it went fine, but the Password.html made VSD crash.

If you can help me I will be glad.

Does your Password Wizard let you login when you preview it on your pc? It doesn't work on your page.

Peter, is there any sensitive info on the page you get to after having logged in? If not, you could let us have the username and password to see if it works.

Also, If you are using VSD I think Scott once recommended to create two sites:
One that you get to without having to log in, where you have the log-in page.
The second one, which you put into a subfolder inside the first one, with all the contents that are to be protected.

Eric, I'm not sure if I remember this correctly. If you do, then we should move from there.
Ha en riktig god dag!
