I see only 3. I want the user to have 15 from which to choose one. Also, I want the background for each radio button to be a different hexadecimal color. I cannot figure out how to make the button background color. The text for each button would be in black (or white if needed for contrast to the background color) identifying the name of the color (ex., PMS 321) Is this possible with the form builder? If so, how do I do it? I see no choices or instructions inthe pdf manual.

Next, I want to have the user's choices submitted by email to me. How is that accomplished and can that only be done if I sign up for CC hosting? Thank you very much for clarification.

The number of radio buttons is set in 'Properties' by clicking on the "+" sign (see screenshot with "+" sign circled in red)
Text colors are also set on that same 'Properties' screen.
Details about the e-mail to you, containing the information entered on the form, are set in: Tools > Settings > Configure e-mail (or click on the cogwheel icon "Settings", etc...)

I believe there is a setting to change a radio button's background color to a different color now also. I have not checked that out yet, but I'm pretty sure it was added in the latest released version.

*EDITED after I posted this*

I checked this out and I may have been wrong? I could swear that the release notes said they added this, but I don't see anything anywhere for changing anything other than the actual color of all the choices not each one different and it seems to only be changing text color. I might be wrong here and maybe this is an update in the making yet? Not sure sorry.

Thank you for your fast, detailed replies.

Something else I can't figure out (I am totally new at this)- Can I make a web page that does not use one of your templates, add a page with the radio/email as described in my question above, and have both hosted on your site?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
