I'm sure this is something very basic but I'm a beginner so be gentle. I asked this question on the tail end of another thread but am not sure if anybody will see it there so started a new one.

Everything worked great when I used the S drive but I am going to have too many forms and need to store them on my own server.

What should I expect to have to upload to my server when I am creating forms? I uploaded a file with a php extention and also the page that I want the form to appear on. I put them both in the same folder as instructed. Is there supposed to be anything else? It's not working right for me. What am I missing?
