Hi Larry, Load your programs into your computer, read the help files, I believe that they were pdf files. Start trying to make your site or shop or whatever you are trying to do with the software. If you have problems go to the nearest heading related to what you are working with and do a search, keyword search related to your problem. If you can not find a satisfactory thread entry that answers your questions then ask questions on the forum. People will chime in with help. All people on the forums asking questions get help.
