Added configuration settings to connect to MySQL DB. I fill out form, tables get created upon submit i get the error SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused.
I have all correct info for DB as it connects and creates tables in DB. DOnt get why im getting this error.

It creates the tables but does it write to them?

yes it an online registration form that has payment options.

I would try turning of the payment part and test it. I think another user reported a similar problem a while back.

You may want to contact CC to see if the problem your having is a bug. Looks to be tied to a checkbox value on the submit.
