Hi,

I'm not a guest. Had been a customer with Coffee Cup since 2007. But couple of days ago my original account with CC had been removed completely after I sent a support ticket to them asking them why I was only left with only 1 product purchased (The HTML Editor) instead of the usual 23 software products that I purchased in a bundle in 2007.

Now this is the trial account that I have to sign in here in order to open another support ticket. I hope Scott or other CC staffs can help me with this issue and not simply removed my account for no reason at all. I demand an explanation. Thanks.

P.S. I'm making a post here just to make aware to other CC users about this issue in case some of them are experiencing the same thing as me.

I bet there is a simple explanation for this hick up, CC did some server upgrades very recently !
