I don't know if i clicked on the right things to get help. But I am currently making a website and I am stuck on trying to get a linked text to link to the other layout or other page that I created. So how do you do this? Thanks for your time

You would use the Text Link Element for that. Then under the Properties, just enter the layout page name. That will create the link.
