keep getting Access Violation

I keep getting Access Violation ... address 00030.
I have set the Privilege Level to 'Run as Admin', have deleted previous versions of the install, rebooted, downloaded again and rechecked the 'Run as Admin' and still get the same problem. Are these all related to W7 Admin privleges, if so, I will get someone in to check that out.
Is there a work-around - I noticed on some threads setting Initial Tab to My Websites. Where can I set that and can I do that outside of CoffeeCup because I can't run anything off any tabs.

Thanks.

Which app are you having issues with?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Not using the free Editor, but you should be able to set the initial tab to My computer in Tools - Preferences - general tab, second down from the left. I don't know if this setting can be done outside the programme, and I'm afraid you may probably run into risks of more problems if you try.

If you can't get this to work, I'd open a support ticket to Coffeecup and ask for help.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Do you have CCleaner? If not, you might want to give it a try before doing another download/install.

Also, try turning off any anti-virus software you have before another download/install attempt.

Thanks everyone.
I've used ccleaner to remove or fix registry entries, and there is an item left over that it fixes, and then re-installed.
I would have to manually copy or set up the initial tab with other software, because I keep getting the violation error.
I'll double check that all anti-virus software is turned off. Thanks.

Still have the problem with access violation address 00030.
It's Coffeecup Free, version 15.0
I'm running as Admin, and have tried run in XP compatible mode as well.
