Import HTML to Visual Site Designer

I have downloaded my website to CoffeeCup HTML Editor and successfully made changes and uploaded them, but I prefer WYSIWYG, so have downloaded a trial version of CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer.

However I can't see how to import my HTML website into the Visual Site Designer tool. I'm sure there must be a way and would be grateful for any advice on this.

Thanks :)

Visual Site Designer cannot import html pages. It has its own file extension where all the information about a site is stored. Normally you'll have to start from scratch in VSD.

Having said that, it is possible to import bit by bit using the html tool. You will have to cut and paste the code from the html file into VSD. A bit cumbersome, but it will work.

There's a HTML box tool on the left hand panel to place custom html in your page. Looks like a pc screen with 1's and 0's in it.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks for your quick responses - I'll give them a try. But I won't be as quick as this isn't my 'day job' :)
