Image Mapper & html file problems

I signed up for the trial of Image Mapper. I am a novice at html coding for work email blasts. I usually write the code in Notepad, but I stumbled across CoffeeCup and thought I would give it a try. Here is what I am doing & the problem I am having: I open a jpeg image in Image Mapper & put the appropriate hyperlinks in. I test the html file through IE & Firefox and everything is great. I then have to load the html file into our CRM system. I have attached a screen shot of what I get. I have reached out to the support team of our CRM, but I thought I would reach out to you also.

Thanks for any help

Looks like you either don't have the html for the image pointing to the right folder or don't have the actual image in the right folder.:)
Can you share a link?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
