If you are talking about php includes, that can't be used on the CC S-drive, which does not support php.

If you are uploading to some other server, you don't have to use the iframe at all, just the ordinary code on the index page (of the WFB). You can change the file extension on that, or turn it into a php include.

What change ?

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src=\"form2/form2.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"880\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"form2.php\" title=\"form2\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="100%" height="880" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
id="fb_iframe" src="form2/form2.html">
&lt;a href="form2.php" title="form2"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;
</iframe>
</noscript>

Can you post a link to your page with the form? It really helps if we can look at your code on the web.

Use the code from the formname.html not the formname.php
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

It's not hard if you use the iframe as provided. Simple copy paste.:)
Why not iframe@m;)
Did you try writing your own include to include the myfornname.html?
