I want to create a web site with certain designated parts that can be updated extremely easily (by someone with NO knowledge of development). I would imaging this could be done by linking these text areas with SQL database. This way someone could fill in a form to update the database and the database could then update the page. This is for a church page and the individuals updating the page have no idea.

I would need a database, a form to update the database, and a form with the proper links. Does anyone know how to do this? Can you give me any ideas, pointers, examples?
