How to combine all text files

someone help me, i have a lot of text files managed under too many different folders. these folders contain data of many months. now i want to combine all text in one file. is there any method through which i can combine them all easily, because it would be impossible for me to do it manually?

i ma using it on my computer. like the text is in all office files. mostly in word and excel. i want it all to be combined in one text file through an easy way no matter what extension it form.

How are the text files formatted?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

but it only combines .txt files, i need something which combines MS office files.
