I am wondering if anyone can give me instruction on how to link a form from FormBuilder to s specific MySQL table? My site is hosted by GoDaddy.
I have seen a lot of threads on manipulating the forms but I cannot find HOW TO do it?

Hi Thomas,
The easiest thing to do with the form builder is to let it create the table for you.
Since you want a specific table I would create the form and enter a different name in the saving data tab.
Now test your form and it should create that table.
Next go to the table you want to link to and make sure you have the same field names for your columns in that table and that their properties are the same as what the formbuilder created.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Will this work if I upload to MY web site? Or do I have to upload to the S-Drive? I think your idea of letting the form build the table is quicker.

QUESTION: Do I still have to create the database and let FormBuilder create the TABLE?

Yes you need to have that database and the user credentials already set as those are needed in the form builder settings
