At present WAM is NOT compatible with SDRIVE
Its a likely update but we don't know when
However idf you buy VSD you can use it on any other hosting, and most will be compatible with WAM
Stay clear of Yahoo hosting

Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement

Yes get a host and make sure they support php,mysql and htaccess customization.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
