Has anyone experienced any problems with WFB pop-up forms?
I took this quote from a thread 3 years ago not knowing it because in search, it seems similar to my problem.
" Eric Rohloff wrote:
The colorbox window appears to have a fixed width. This would be a problem. I know it re-sizes to the view port a little when it's already small and you click the link but it won't change once loaded."
I have just experienced this almost same problem with some popup forms that I made and uploaded just yesterday. I am using the manual settings to be exported. Once the forms are loaded up from WFB, they appear distorted with a fixed size square box, looks almost transparent, and inside the popup window the forms are out of sync (looks-moved-all-over-inside) regardless of their actual settings set. I did check to make sure that everything to produce the forms in WFB were correct, but the outcome is what you see still. Please advise. https://www.canyouusethis.com (site still in development) Please click onto the white Welcome banner message that appears in the center)
Thanks!
