Everytime I have a Spam message in my Guestbook on my website, I uploaded my spamfree page on the PC to the files on my Hostnet . No problem ! Untill I uploaded by accident, the complete guestbook to the files on my provider.
When I open it up now in the FTP and look right , the files of Hostnet, I see my new spamfree page is there. But on my website, I see an older page filled up with spam.
The Coffee Cup crew tells me it a '' coding issue'. And I did the same thing as always: in 'change permissions' click x to everything: Owner, Group and Users.read, Write and execute.

Which guestbook script are you using? You should use one that has anti spam tools.
