Had the free HTML editor working okay. I was cleaning up my disc and uninstalled Coffee Cup. I went to the web site and downloaded 9.7. I installed and when the program opens it gives me this error message: Access violation at address 00BF08EE in module 'coffee.exe'. Read address 00000030.
I can open an existing file but can not access anything else: My Computer; Codes; Snippets; or even Help.
Any suggestions?

Run CCleaner and Reinstall.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
