I am working on two problems:
1. I would like to have my form submitted as an attachment. PDF, anything that would work as an attachment...
2. I need the signature at the bottom of the submission wher you would normally have it on a signed document, not as a separate attachment .jpg file (which is what it is doing currently), but the same as the "live" form itself after being completed and signed by the user on the browser.
Any advice would be appreciated very very much. I don't know much about coding but can do some basic HTML, and have built a few forms before from scratch using php.
