I am working on a website to see printed art with RSD. Has anyone one got advise on how to enter the code PayPal gives you into RSD?

I had an issue with entering the PayPal code. From the element pane (Ctrl + 2) I would drag the Html button into a column. Then I would copy the coding from my PayPal account and paste it into the html allocation under the design pane (Ctrl + 3).
Some of the PayPal buttons worked perfectly and others would not connect. Eric helped out and suggested I add <form></form> in front of the PayPal code.
Still don't quite get why it works, but it does which is what counts.
