I've been working on this for some time, and I can't seem to get the email notification to arrive at its destination. The site is a little one-page project that my daughter needs. I've set up the email notifications as shown in the attached screen grab, but, as I said, they're not working.

Any suggestions?

Try changing the FROM address to be [Joanna] and see if that helps. If not, what I would suggest is publish that form as a test to S-Drive and see if the email arrives there. If it does, that helps rule out any server related issues.
