I think this software is really good. I submitted my test form from computer and smartphone and both worked a treat. My only bugbear is that the "Date" selector, which is a calendar freezes on my smartphone (very frustrating). Also, if I want to go back 3 years I have to keep tapping the back arrow through the 36 months to get there. Is there any way around these problems?

You should be able to do an adjustment for it to select the year.
