Hi, I really need help with creating a mouse over for two images. What ever I try I always get a message error that reads:

Mouse over error found on the page. There is a mouse over image that intersects another image........(the rest of the error message show with image attached)

I would like to tell you about the step by step process I am trying to create a mouse over and please if you can tell me where I am going wrong.

The mouse over that I need is really straight forward. Image 1 is the original image and image 2 is the mouse over image. When the mouse goes over image 1 it changes to image 2.

Image 1 and Image 2 are both exactly the same size. They are the same image but just different colours for when the mouse goes over.

This is what I do to create a mouse over with the images:

1. Place image 1 on the web page I want the image to appear.
2. Select mouse over function
3. Mouse over window appears - I choose create mouse over, and then choose "original object". Then close this window
4. Place image 2 on image 1 making sure it is exactly over this image. Images are exactly the same size.
5. Select mouse over function
6. Mouse over window appears - I choose create mouse over, and then choose "mouse over object"
7. Try to preview this in the web browser and always get the error message as mentioned above and shown in the attachment.

I have been trying to make the mouse over work for about 10 days now and can't do it!

Please please help :)

For the image you are trying to make the mouse over from, move it far away from any other object. If they intersect, you will get that error.

Hi Scott, sorry I just can't make it work. Still get the error message. I'm using the trial version. Does that have anything to do with it? Perhaps I need to purchase before it can work.

The trial version is fully functional. Try moving that image drastically away from anything and try again. Right now it's too close to another object.
