I have two sites which I built with Expression Web 4. They look really old-fashioned and are not responsive to tablets and smartphones. Even though I've read a book that told me to start the RWD path with designing for the smallest device first, I'd prefer the easy way, if that's possible, and just retrofit my existing sites - www.shapeyourface.com and www.hairloss-reversible.com. What I'd really like, and maybe the CoffeeCup program can help me, is to create a template that will scale. I'd like this template to have a horizontal menu with dropdowns. This will help me to have a lot of real estate to work with.

Can the paid version of CoffeeCup help me build what I would like? I have some knowledge of html5 and css3 but not of JavaScript.
