Has anyone considered or is anyone using CC for a knowledge base? I am looking for options for a knowledge base solution for our customer service reps. Thanks! ~Karen

I'm sure you could whether your building your own script or using a ready made one.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
