Perhaps guests that have not purchased any software may only post in this forum.

I was thinking the same as Tom. People out there looking to get into wed design would not think about posting if it was simply called CC Trial Users. Right now guest can see what other new/trial users are doing or what they have done already which will induce the guest to try out CC. Just my opinion.

Yep that would be the case, Guests can only post in this thread so it does need to say that there Viv. Trial users I'm not sure of, I'm pretty sure I've seen posts in other threads by trial users which is confusing to me since they are basically still guests and are just trialing a piece of software and have not purchased anything, but dunno for sure the deal on that.

I think my sarcasm fell on deaf ears, I was referring to another guests thread :P

It appears not to be CC related, and has a link in it

I thought it was supposed to be a thread for amateur trial users of CC, not advertising space for professionals !

ahhh, our mistake there Viv, I didn't catch that at all lol. I bookmarked the thread you're referencing to though yesterday to see if they come back and reply. Inger also I'm sure is watching it as she suggested she would delete it if they didn't reply also so we'll give it a day or two and see what happens.

Yeah, "professionals" put the shameless links in their sig. How dare they attempt to buck the system...

I am getting confused, the thread in question (NOW DEALT WITH) was a guy who stated he had a degree , and was a full time web designer, and the link was NOT in his signature.
Personally as an unpaid amateur, my signature links are for the benefit of other CC users, as yours also is Tom
I know i have created the illusion for customers who go to my website and the other sites I have developed that they are NOT DIY cheapies in the hope it makes them more confident of the services provided, but the thread in question was blatant advertising and no attempt by its author to cover that up.
