CC Software on MS Surface or other...

The last post I could find addressing this was in 2013. Can anyone tell me if CC software (specifically VSD) will run on a MS Surface 2 (not RT, not Pro)? Or is there a tablet that it will be ok with?

I haven't tried it on Surface. Isn't Surface supposed to be running a full release of Windows?
