I am new here and I am wandering if the software can help me write a website in Chinese? Because I had tried with GoDaddy years ago with their Website Tonight software and it shows Chinese character during writing to complete. But when it was uploaded to their server, all the Chinese characters appeared in symbols and stars. Does this has anything to do with the software itself?

When you open a new file in the html editor, use the option New from Quick Start. You will find a dropdown list of various character sets, among them Chinese Traditional. I have never tried it, so I don't know the outcome.

But it also depends on whether your server supports Chinese. You'll have to ask them.
