I want to add a footer bar at the bottom of the all my website pages, simular to the one coffeeCup uses. But I can't find how to do it. I want to footer bar to extent to the full width screen, no matter what typ of device or browser the viewer is using. Can you help me? Thanks!

This is for a 'header' but can also be used to create a 'footer'. This works best in VSD, CoffeeCups Visual Site Designer. I am starting a new web site and have not gone far with it, but you can see an example of this technique here... http://gunsmoke.me/test
