Add Form Builder to Web Plus site

Hi,

I just received an offer from CC to buy WebForm builder & get the new version free when it comes out.
I am interested in this, so downloaded the trial version of the current form builder to test it.

But I can't get it to showup on a test site. I use Web plus to create my web sites.

This is what I did.

1. Uploaded the files as advised to a test page on my server eg: mydomain.com/Test

2. Created a 1 page test site in Web Plus, added the CC form code to a html object with paste to body selected.

3. Uploaded this page to the same test page on my server.

I can see all the files in there & the page appears but no form?

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

I want to make sure I can get this to work before buying it.

Thanks.

Give us the URL to your test page and let us take a look. We can't make any qualified guesses without having seen it.

Laura, If you are referring to the CoffeeCup Web form builder, it will work well in Visual Site Designer.

I am talking about CC web form builder...I am using the trial version...and when I submit the form, I am not getting the thank-you email, nor am I being redirected to the new webpage...I'm getting a oops drive on and u-turn page from CC....

Is this a goof on my part, a goof in the program/site, or because it is still in the trial form and I need to buy before it works?

OK, I found the site and the page in question. Looks like your stjohn_comments.swf is missing. Can you check if it has been uploaded?

It looks like it is loaded...

here is a screen shot...

when I created the forms, I followed the help suggestions/instructions and copied to clipboard...and when you add the flash to the page, I opened the saved file....

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I managed to get the form to appear, by uploading all the files using the Web Plus add files option then uploaded the lot.
That may help someone else who searches these forums & also uses WP.

I only tried a ready made form as a test but if that works, then I'm assuming all the forms will :)

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
