I mean it just doesn't work, I tried many times to copy the code from the design I've made from website font to paste to my html code and it just blocked there and never worked

Did you upload all of the files needed?
Did you go to the online help and view the videos on website font to see if that helps?
Are you using a Windows computer?
What browsers did you test this in?
