Hiya Scott,
Are you aware that you can incorporate the PayPal payment system into the form also? That way you wouldn't need 2 separate payment setups on your page.

As for the email settings I have the information and the correct email address set there but do I need to be using a database system for them to be able to access the data. No email at all comes through when you submit the form. I have confirmed not going into spam folder and have searched to make sure not elsewhere in email system.
The paypal system is completely different page so that is not at all of conflict.

Hiya Scott,
No I'm not saying it's a conflict at all, just letting you know you can actually set it up and incorporate it into your form rather than having a separate entity giving people the power to choose credit card/debit card or PayPal all in the same place rather than outside of the form. Just a nice feature of the new form builder is all
For the email setup, no you do not need to use any database for the form to work at all.
You may need to open a support topic with CC and send them your .fb file so they can take a look at how you have it setup and see what might be wrong. Sometimes we "think" we have it set up correctly and then find out we missed something or put something in the wrong spot

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
