I am starting a new project and want to build a website with online booking option fr a holiday home and payment system. I wonder whether I can use any of the coffeecup programs or have to use wordpress with plug ins

For the actual booking form and payment you can use Coffeecup Web Form Builder. Then it depends on whether you are a coder or a more visual kind of person. For coders I could recommend CoffeeCup HTML Editor, and for visual creation CoffeeCup Site Designer. The latter has become very popular. If you get stuck in any of these programs, we are a nice group of users in this forum who love helping newbies reaching their goal.
