web site not displaying web form nor...
After upgrading to the registered web calendar and site designer version 6, my web site lost both the web calendar form and the web reservation form. (www.afriquebistro.com) made with .vnu
All I get is my page with the words "form object"
The forms work fine when previewing from site designer but fail on all the usual browsers. Of course I have deleted the form objects and reinstalled them etc.

William,
How did you insert the calendar into VSD?
The EventsCalendar.swf file is missing. You are also missing swfobject.js which is a sure way to get the form object message.
Since you are using Visual Site Designer, You should have inserted the code for the calendar and for the reservation form using the flash tool. That will let VSD locate all the required files and upload them.
If you use the HTML tool, VSD will not know what support files are needed

Thank you so much. It was the missing swfobject.js.
I'm not sure how that happened. I created the forms with Web Calendar and Web Form tools then saved the output directly in the folder with the .vnu web site. and used the lightning bolt to add them to the web pages. That should have worked, yes?
Maybe there is a more direct way to ensure all the files end up in the .vnu folders.
Anyway I appreciate your quick and accurate response.

William.
I would expect the flash tool to work even saving the files to a different directory.
Glad you have things working now.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
