I have been trying to build buttons in web image studio. When I save them and import (or view them for that matter) the designe space shows up. The support area told me to save as a transparent png, which I did but the button still shows the background. I also tryed resizing and trimming the canvas. Still shows around the edges. Ive includes the PNG saved as a transparent PNG. Any help please cause I cant think of any application for this software where you would want the pallett in the background.

What program are you using the buttons in? If it's Visual Site designer, PNG files have the black box around them until you preview and/or publish the site. If you're not using VSD, then I don't know what to tell you Maybe someone else has an idea or two.
