OK for some reason I'm no longer able to access your FTP site. Did you reset the password again? It's impossible for me to continue at this point.

Sorry man, I'm not sure what you did but the login info is still not working. I re-created your form on my own hosting server using the files you sent and it looks fine for me. The submit graphic is there and everything. If I can just somehow get back into your FTP server I can isolate the problem now...

By the way you can't use IP address to access your site via FTP unless you have a unique IP, because otherwise you are sharing IP with dozens/hundreds of other sites out there :-)

that's how I get logged on dude, through the IP and the affodab name with a password
