I am using the CC web form builder. I have built my form the way I need it. However, When I uploaded it to the server. everything is there but the submit button. And what I mean by that, the box, input fields it's all there ?! I upload everything to my public_htm folder and button file is there in the root folder.
Let me say this, none of the files in my root directory are inside the index_htm_files, they are all out side this folder. Should there be any of the 5 or 6 files in there?

I have tried to get these guys here at CC to help, but for some reason they want my login and password to my server. Which I am reluctant to give out.
Can any of you help me out here!???? I have a page that does not function and it is a vital part of my business on my site.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Cowboy,

Have you tried deleting all the files and then re-uploading? If you do this, make sure you DELETE old files first. Don't trust the form builder to overwrite existing files it doesn't always do it. Also did you clear your cache and then refresh page.

If you still have problems why don't you change your login info, temporarily, to let coffee cup tech support have a look and then change it back when you're done? Its very hard for anyone to help you when we can't see what's going on inside your server. But to answer your question, ALL the form builder files should be in the same folder as your "index.html" file is.

One last thing you could try is uploading the files with an external FTP software rather than Form Builder. I've personally had very bad luck using the built-in FTP software that included with programs like Form Builder, Firestarter, and Flash Blogger. I tend to do all uploads manually using CoreFTP.

Ok, just did everything you mentioned in the first paragraph, no change.

I'll change the password, but I think those guys are gone for the weekend, aside from today's post. They are not replying to my support ticket.

As far as the FTP client goes, after the initial upload, I have since used my FTP client. No change, still no button.

So, what now?

Cowboy,

My disneysubmarines.com email account just stopped working (shout out to GoDaddy!), so can you send the files to my other email address: chad@brcnews.com? Please don't send the files one by one, just just compress the folder that all your upload files are in into a .zip file and send that folder, much easier for me to work with :-)

Also, what url do you use to access the site via external FTP software. For example ftp.??????????????.com plus username and password. You can email it to my brcnews.com address.

Cowboy,

OK I just got off the phone with GoDaddy and it appears that ALL their email servers are down, so the other email address will not work either. I am very sorry I really wanted to help you with this and I was making progress at finding the problem, but without those files there is not much that I can really do.

If you want I can try to look at this later this evening if GoDaddy ever get can get their biz-natch in order....
