Hi, Welcome to the forum!

In form builder, near the right side you will see those options. There is a drop down list under "validation" and you can choose exactly what you want. For email, it will make sure there is an "@" symble and there is also a phone number validation. you just make sure to select the one you want while you have that text field or box selected on your form. It will do the validation that you tell it to.

Thanks Cliff thank you very much!!!
But I am having another issue with this. The issue is that, the form after it is filled sends the result to my Email ID shows "CoffeeCup Flash Form Builder" in subject's title. I am unable to change it. Can u pls help me to do this ?

Thanks A lot!!!

I think if you go to "form settings" and then "form results" tab you should be able to edit the e-mail subject line to read whatever you'd like... I have a few forms built but haven't gotten so far as to test them out live yet.

To clarify, is it the "subject line" or the "from" line that you want to fix? Phil is correct that you can change the subject line to anything you want. If you mean the "from" part, that may be saying from "coffeeCup" because of the form validation for email fields.
Just for testing purposes, why not upload 2 contact forms for testing. one with form validation for email fields, and one without. See if there is any difference in the "from" line (but only if my guess about the "from" line is what you are asking about).

I don't think that search will work with the CoffeeCup form. It is a flash file, and i don't think the text can be read by search engines. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
