I am having an hard time uploading files to my domain hosted on 1and1. The files go through on CC and they appear under my files on the 1and1 admin section. But when I go to the site I just get 1and1's generic forwarding page. Am I not naming a directory right or putting down the wrong www folder in CC. I really need help.

1and1 does not need a www directory. Your root directory is / not /www/ or /htdocs/

So your remote folder is just /
