Ok, maybe I missed this somewhere, but after downloading and installing the last two updates to CC, I've had to find and drill down to the bottom of Tools | Preferences | Customization | Highlighting and reset everything from colors to bolding to background color back to what I prefer.

Is there some place in CC that I'm not using that would save those settings so that an update or upgrade could tap and load them automatically?

There are several settings in the Editor that I have to redo after an installation, my toolbar for starters. But we have been reminding the staff about what we prefer to have carried over from one version to the next, and occasionally they have listened to that. If you keep nagging them often enough...

I just noticed one other "feature" there to add, too...

When you click the popdown to select the foreground/background for "Selected text" under Editor Options, how about aligning the popdown box RIGHT-justified to the boxes for foreground and background popdown selections?

it's maybe more than a nit, but if you try to move the cursor diagonally down to your selection from the popdown arrow, the selection box vanishes. you have to slide left until you're above the color selection box, THEN down to the color to select.

nicer to be able to go straight down after popping the box open! for both foreground and background, of course...
