I am using buttons with text as link-items. Normally when using only text items which are links, the colors changes before and after clicking on it. I can't see this happen in text-buttons. Is there a trick to do so. Maybe not in Visual Site Design, but another "extra" tool. Or a HTML line.

For a user it is always nice to know what he already had read/clicked.

I don't know of a way, you may want to try text over the buttons...

Tried it and doesn't work. When applying text over button and adding a link to it, the link isn't obeyed, I think simply because of the fact that the button has preference when clicking on.

If I understand you correctly, you can do this but it requires some additional css work(more advanced coding). I would suggest to start at w3.org/Style/CSS/ and also look up a:visited graphics on the web.
